Brian is an experienced litigator and has practiced
extensively in the area of civil litigation at all levels of Court in British Columbia. He
serves his individual clients in the areas of personal injury and matrimonial law.
Business and corporate clients are served by Brian’s work in collections and labor
and employment law.
Brian is a member of the Law Society of British
Columbia, the Canadian Bar Association, the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia and the
Provincial Legal Advisory Committee on Child Apprehension. He lives in Chase River, Nanaimo and is a past Director of the
Chase River Community Planning Association. Brian also serves as the Past President of the
Nanaimo Daybreak Rotary Club and Vice-President of the Nanaimo Community Assistance
Society. Brian is also Chair of the Rotary District 5020 Conference
Committee.
